We have added new article status icons. We will be tweaking the rules for these to get the right mix. Because of the popularity of CodeGuru.com, our initial settings made most of the articles

We will have three status icons that may show up on articles. These are:
— for articles that are new to the site in the last 60 days.
— for popular articles that have had a large number of views and have maintained those views over time.
— for those articles that have had an above average number of views recently or over a period of time.
These icons are provided at the request of a number of authors who wanted to know how their articles are doing. Now you can watch for the icons on your articles to see if they are being viewed a lot!
