Microsoft has announced that a new skew of Visual Studio is being
created for the 2005 version. This is Visual Studio 2005 Team
System. This is not just a tool for developers, but rather an
integrated solution for development. It incorporates the
tools for architects, testers, developers, and more. It
includes new control for tracking and versioning code and
tasks (not just an update of Source Safe), testing tools
with policies, architecting tools, designing tools
(whitehorse), and more. In this skew, Visual Studio is actually
more of a platform than just a tool.

of the Visual Studio 2005 Community Technical Preview, you
