HOW TO USE:

These classes provide HTML Help in a CView Window.
In Order to use these clases, add HTMLHelpView and
HTMLHelpViewDoc to your project.

You Should also define a template for the view, e.g.:

m_pHTMLHelpTemplate = new CPNMMultiDocTemplate(IDR_PNMNETWORKVIEW,
			RUNTIME_CLASS(CHTMLHelpViewDoc),
			RUNTIME_CLASS(CChildFrame),
			RUNTIME_CLASS(CHTMLHelpView));
AddDocTemplate(m_pHTMLHelpTemplate);

And Call the view, like so…

void CMyApp::OnMenuHelpContents()
{
	CDocument *pDoc = GetHTMLHelpTemplate()->OpenDocumentFile(NULL);
	pDoc->SetTitle(“HTML Help”);
}

You will need to replace any “Quoted” strings with your own relevant information.
(Help files, directories, etc). This is documented in the code.

KNOWN BUGS:
At present I cannot seem to get my table of contents to work correctly when my
compiled HTML file is called.
