A new piece of software may offer Windows Phone 7 users another way to install applications. A new third-party tool, called ChevronWP7 was released last week which enables the Windows Phone 7 for the side-loading of applications. What this means is the user can now add applications to their phones directly versus having to go through Microsoft’s Zune application.
