After Tuesday at Microsoft’s annual shareholder meeting, many people were speculating whether Steve Ballmer would discuss whether Microsoft plans to eventually bring the Windows 8 operating system to the phone. After Ballmer’s statements, the question had not officially been answered.
During the discussion, Ballmer answered a question about whether we are currently living in a post-PC era, and stated that “We are in the Windows era. We were, we are and we always will be. That’s kind of what we get paid to do.”
