The spoof discusses the future for developers who are still focused on developing Microsoft applications, and showcases the concern that developers have expressed about the company’s abandonment of Silverlight in favor of HTML5 and JavaScript.
.NET developers in particular have been worried about the focus that Microsoft seems to have for HTML5 and related technologies. The video shows Hitler react to news that Windows 8 applications will be created using HTML5 and JavaScript. The material and genre is meant to raise eyebrows, and it is definitely succeeding.
