Microsoft’s Surface Pro is headed to a brand new market including Japan, Australia and New Zealand, as well as several European and Asian countries. Microsoft will be dumping the 64GB model for this particular new market, and instead will be shipping these out with a new 128GB and a 256GB version. The updated Surface will be sold in Japan starting June 7 through Microsoft’s online store, as well as a number of local retailers for 99,800 yen ($975) and 119,800 yen ($1,170) respectively.
