Synchronization Previews Are Now Available for Microsoft Azure AD

Microsoft has announced the release of two new Microsoft Azure AD previews which include a new writeback capability for the self-service password reset feature of the Microsoft Azure Active Directory DirSync Tool including the new multiforest identity synchronization feature to which Microsoft had dubbed “AAD Sync.” Microsoft’s new AAD Sync writeback capability is designed to support users of Microsoft Azure Active Directory Premium. Microsoft had stated back in March that their new password reset competency in the Microsoft Azure AD Premium preview version was missing this new capability in order to reset passwords housed on premises as it worked only at that time for cloud-based passwords.
