As the release date for the Mango update to Windows Phone 7 comes closer, developers are eager to hear more details. Microsoft has announced about 500 new features that will be included, such as Xbox Live Voice Chat, tighter integration with Xbox 360, and live push updates from Xbox 360 to WP7 phone.
One of the key features of Mango is substantially improved HTML5 support which will allow users to play what is typically in-browser audio in a separate interface, with controls enabling users to turn audio on or off from a lock screen. Nokia will likely showcase the new features of Mango in its upcoming new phone release.
