New rumors surface about Micrososft Windows Phone 7 final release date

According to the rumors floating out of Redmond, the British will have the new OS before the Americans, that earlier launch will also include France, Spain, Italy and Germany, all expected to receive the new OS by October 21st. While the US will have to wait until sometime in November.
