Microsoft created its XNA tools to enable C# developers to create games more easily for Windows and Xbox 360. Now a developer has ported XNA to run on Silverlight and iOS–the new ExEn tool is licensed under a Microsoft Public License, so other developers can immediately begin using it.


The developer, Andrew Russell, is also creating an Android version. The initial public preview is available for iOS and Silverlight, with special access provided to those who contribute to the project.
