Intersoft Solutions this week announced the release of its ClientUI for LightSwitch, which ships with over 15 data entry controls, including masked input, currency editor, slider bar, calendar control and date time picker. The extension controls ride on top of ClientUI’s Silverlight controls, which enable developers to use the same features in LightSwitch that they used in Visual Basic or Expression Blend.
ClientUI for Visual Studio LightSwitch can now be downloaded by interested developers. Chief executive officer of Intersoft Solutions, Jimmy Petrus, discussed the announcement, stating that “We’re excited to be part of the LightSwitch launch where we brought a live showcase on the LightSwitch controls extension.”
