This week Motorola Solutions announced RhoElements, an HTML5 application framework that is designed to enable businesses to more easily and economically create and deploy web apps on Motorola Windows Embedded Handheld and Win-CE devices, as well as the newly announced ET1 Android enterprise tablets.

Motorola RhoElements is targeted towards Motorola developers, and leverages Motorola’s PocketBrowser product, itself a framework for web-based line-of-business apps. Motorola RhoElements gives developers a way to create apps on the current line of Windows-based industrial computers while supporting any future mobile devices and OSes.
