Apps Industry Report reveals new trend in development preferences. Millennial Media collaboration with Digiday and Stifel Nicolaus indicates significant growth will be anticipated in applications revenue in 2011 and that there will be a shift in the platforms being developed for. With 31% of all respondents polled expected the revenues from their applications to more than double in the coming year and nearly half see the revenue increasing by almost 50% or more while only 10% expect the revenues to remain even.
