With Apple and Google’s efforts to draw app developers into the smartphone community, Microsoft rides the wave of ambitious new developers, requiring much less effort to enticed developers to do what they do best, develop smartphone apps. Regardless of the large pool of resources, Microsoft will still have to work hard to compete in the smartphone market.
