Microsoft has decided to take their time in releasing the Windows Phone 7 update in order to workout existing problems from the February update attempt which left many Samsung smartphone users temporarily disconnected. The update has now begun to get pushed out to the Europe, non-mobile carrier market. Smartphones with carrier brands are expected to receive the updates later this month pending testing of the update by those various carriers.
