Microsoft Surface Pro 3 Gets BIOS Update to Improves Boot Time

While Microsoft has always been consistent with providing their updates systematically, today was a special case for the Surface Pro 3 so they made a break from the tradition and provided a faster update cycle in order to provide users with faster bug fixes and quicker features releases. Todays update to the Surface Pro 3 provide only one item, from the update page: “Surface Pro UEFI (v3.9.150.0) adds features to display BIOS password state and asset tag information, as well as improving boot times in some scenarios.
