It’s no secret that Microsoft loves its developers, and many developers are happy to take advantage of the deep discounts that the company provides those in the developer community. The Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) is the largest developer program that Microsoft offers, and comes with practically every software offering that they release.


The MSDN is available in various levels, each of which comes with additional software. Levels include Visual Studio Ultimate, Premium, Professional, Test Professional, Professional Embedded and the more basic MSDN Operating Systems, Action Pack and MSDN Essentials.
