Developers will take notice of Microsoft’s new unified registration for Windows Store and Windows Phone as developers will now have the ability to leverage the same account to submit apps to both platforms. New developers can now register for a unified account while existing developers can simply renew their account using the same Microsoft account which will allow them to enter their registration information only once and pay a single price of $19 US for an individual and $99 US for a business account which will then provide them with access to publish apps for both Windows and Windows Phone.
