Microsoft laid out their plan to have Windows running on any device at this years CES. And while there is a real lack of tablet devices running Microsoft’s new OS, and said competition sold over 7 million devices in the first 3 months of 2010 alone, Microsoft still says they have a plan to position the OS as the better of the two OSs.
