Microsoft’s discounts, relative to pay-as-you-go pricing, discounts are 20 percent for organizations that make monthly payments of $500 to $14,999,  23 percent for monthly payments of $15,000 to $39,999 and 27 percent for monthly payments of $40,000 and higher. In order to be eligible for these new discounts, your organization will need to commit to at least six months of service with no refunds for unused time should you decide to cancel the service. Organizations committing to 12 months of service get an additional 2.5 percent discount, and if they commit to paying full amount up front, Microsoft will provide an additional 2.5 percent discount.
