Microsoft delivered the updated Windows Phone 7 development tools back in the beginning February yet the Windows Phone 7 update still has not be released leaving developer and users alike wondering what the big delay is all about. With the basic Windows feature of copy & paste to be included in the big update, the delay is not providing assurances and the delay is being blamed on the carriers and hardware makers.
