Microsoft is releasing a new controller for the Xbox 360 to answer the fans requests regarding the flat d-pad. The new gamepad will be a twisting d-pad, where the ‘cross’ portion can be either flush with the surrounding circle. This design will definitely please fans of the Xbox’ fighting games.

Microsoft has also seen fit to change the color button scheme. Instead of blue, red green and yellow Microsoft has opted for gray, white, off-gray and off-white. Microsoft is charging 64.99 which is more expensive but it does include the charging kit. Having both controllers in play and with Kinect on the way gamers should be happy
