The acquisition of Parature solutions will help Microsoft to build on their customer care solutions built into the software giant’s Dynamic CRM product line. With the possibility of Parature being integrated with the next release of Microsoft’s Dynamic CRM, currently code named LEO, will combine sales, marketing and customer service functions, competing with products from Salesforce.com and Oracle, among others and would most likely deliver out-of-the-box integration with the Parature service, but there could be other customer service improvements, as well.
