Microsoft today announced several new changes to their Windows Phone Marketplace policy. Several of these changes are geared towards making it easier for developers to publish apps to their storefront. Microsoft also provided a peak into users purchasing habits stating that 1 in 10 downloads of a trial app, results in the sale of the full app. No word on if that’s good news for the developer producing the apps but its information none the less that developers can potentially leverage.
