While Windows 6.5 may have not been innovative, sexy, or in anyway, an awe inspiring operating systems, it was Microsoft’s big chance to hit the mobile phone market hard, and they blew, big time. Instead, they have should have delayed the launch and waited to get it right, which is what they did with the launch of Windows Phone 7. And while smartphone OS has been received by Microsoft fans as pretty cool and savvy, is it too little too late?
