Microsoft’s announcement of the new IE 11 Developer Preview for Windows 7 comes shortly after the recent release of IE11 Preview for the OS’s younger brother, Windows 8.1. The new  IE11 preview includes several new improvements in key areas such as browser performance and enhanced developer requested capabilities with new tools to aid in building rich interactive websites. IE11 is the Microsoft’s first version of IE to natively decode JPG images in real-time and render text on the GPU. Users can expect pages and entire sites to load much quicker and use less memory while using the new technique of rendering and updating content incrementally, rather than processing the entire page.
