With the goal of supporting researchers in solving the worlds biggest challenges, Microsoft launched a new MSDN DevLabs portal dubbed TC Labs. The new portal will offer early access to Microsoft’s technical computing software along with the ability to ask technical questions and provide feedback. The initiative includes solutions on parallel computing development tools in Visual Studio, distributed computing environment for HPC Server, Azure cloud computing and many other Microsoft and Microsoft partner related applications.
