Microsoft expands on Team Foundations Server with the purchase of InCycle’s InRelease business unit A Canadian company which specializes in the application lifecycle management and release management solutions market for Microsoft’s .NET platform. InRelease enables agile .NET teams to automate the release cycles of their apps. It automates deployments directly from Microsoft’s Team Foundation Server, Microsoft’s own ALM and DevOps solution, to all environments, including production. At this time Microsoft is acquiring only the InRelease portion of the business while the remainder of InCycle will continue to focus on ALM consulting while operating independently.
