According to Microsoft, the software giant took home $16.2 Billion in the last quarter. That’s a 25% increase from the same period last year. And as one might expect Microsoft’s money pits included Windows 7 and Office 2010 and it doesn’t look like anyone will be buying into the new smartphone OS any time soon. However there is one success story for Microsoft and that’s the Xbox 360 console which continues to pull in large profits.
