Microsoft Enters Into Yet Another Lawsuit

Microsoft is suing Matthew Miszewski, a former employee who joined Salesforce.com. Microsoft’s suit claims that Mathew Miszewski breached his former employment agreement by taking a job with a competitor and providing possibly sensitive information to that competitor. Salesforce.com has declined to comment on the case.
