Microsoft’s new customer-relationship management software will help corporate sales folks manage their contacts and deals via the cloud. The launch of Dynamics CRM means Microsoft should not be able to compete with Salesforce.com. Microsoft is also scheduled to release a new version of their non-cloud Dynamics CRM 2011 software for businesses to install on their client computers. Microsoft partners will than be able to offer private cloud service to their partners.
