At the end of the day, its Microsoft who is to blame, not Samsung. Microsoft, after all, certified the Samsung hardware as being “Windows Phone 7 Compatible” and obviously, something, somewhere was not properly tested. And for a company that is responsible for pushing out updates to millions and millions of computers on regular and monthly basis, there really is no excuse for what was being touted as a new, well-spec-ed operating system.
