Microsoft earlier this week advised the French PR site had just acknowledged that Microsoft will delay their first update to the Windows Phone 7 operating system. Microsoft General Manager of Customer Experience Engineering, Eric Hautala confirmed this last week and also validated what the French PR site had stated back on March 9th and that indeed, “NoDo” wont commence in France until the latter half of March due to deployment problems discovered during the US deployment of the update.
