Microsoft’s deal with Nokia has received final approval from the various regulators it needed, included the Nokia shareholders. Of course all of this happened last year, along with planned execution of the deal. That, as you know, fell thru. But now this is a new year and Microsoft and Nokia are getting ready to finalize the deal which includes the complete acquisition of Nokia’s smartphone business.
