Today at this years Mobile World Conference event, Steve Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft, announced two very important changes to the Windows Phone 7 platform. The first is Internet Explorer 9 is coming to the new OS promising dramatically enhanced web browsing. Another keynote is improved multi-tasking. While the latter is brought to the new OS via a 3rd party app, its promised to provide true multi-tasking functionality.
