Microsoft officials will allow “early access” to the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace to a “couple thousand developers”. Company officials told developers on October 4 that those who have apps and games ready to go and want to be the first to obtain certification of their apps, need to notify the team by noon PT on October 6 by sending an email to myxapnow@microsoft.com.
