Indeed it’s true. Microsoft has somehow managed to prod the Windows Phone development community this week by announcing that the upcoming Windows Phone 8 SDK Preview Program will only be available on a limited basis to those developers with published apps. And the full SDK will only be released once the final release of Windows Phone 8 has been released as well. Obviously Windows Phone developers are not happy. Better to say they are angry, confused, frustrated and even accusing Microsoft of negligence. Many are left wondering how this will effect Microsoft’s attempt to gain ground on the iOS and Android.
