AWS Marketplace Developers Receive New Toolllls from BitNami Stacks

The BitNami team, developer of the BitNami library is proud to announce the release of their all new easy to deploy web applications. This popular library of open source web applications on the newly released Amazon Web Services Marketplace includes the web application and the other software it requires, such as a web server, language runtime and database, all of which are pre-configured and ready-to-run. The BitNami AMIs are freely available and provide a simple and effective way to deploy a variety of applications and development frameworks on the AWS cloud. Packaged application stacks include Drupal, Joomla!, WordPress, Liferay, SugarCRM, Alfresco and dozens of others, which can be downloaded as native installers and virtual machines to provide local environments that can be easily deployed to the cloud later on. Supported operating systems include Ubuntu and Red Hat Enterprise Linux, providing industry-standard options for end-users adopting BitNami as their preferred cloud application platform.
