Accusoft has announced the release of ImageGear for .NET and ImageGear for Silverlight version 2.0. These features now include support for Microsoft Office, enhancements to ASP.NET for HTML5 development, improved support for Adobe PDF files,  several new DICOM MPR components and lots more. Using the new ASP.NET HTML5 functionality applications, users can now create Zero Footprint web based and mobile applications, plus, the ASP.NET HTML5 controls can also be used to display images and thumbnails of over 100 different file formats including Microsoft Office formats, or PDF files.
