This sample create an OpenGL rendering context in a multidocument
/ view framework and display the most simple representative object : a
sphere. A formview on the left permits to check rendering options, like
rendering modes (vertex, wireframe, faces), antialiasing, lighting, gouraud
shading (in face and wireframe mode), lighting and back colors, scaling,
animation (rotation). Mouse events permits rotation.
