This week Zendesk, a customer help desk management service software provider, announced the launch of a new Windows Phone app which will provide additional cloud-based call centers for small businesses that provide communications support for their customers.


Zendesk’s VP of product and engineering, Adrian McDermott, discussed the release, stating that “The addition of Zendesk for Windows Phone accomplishes our goal of enabling agents to interact with customers across the widest variety of mobile platforms. We want organizations to have the ability to provide support on-the-go regardless of their preferred mobile device. Adding Windows Phone to our suite of mobile apps furthers our goal of democratizing customer support and significantly improving customer satisfaction.”
