I know its been over a year since you posted this question and I'm not sure if replies are simply posted on the web site or actually emailed to the poster, but I'd like to know if you ever figured out how to accomplish what you were trying to do here. If so, please contact me. Thanks

There must be an API-call that can perform this feat.
This thread should end with a proper programming solution
so that a normal wrapper can be written witch supports
NT as well as W2K.
I'll keep searching elsewhere, and report back when it's
I'm currently working on a program that:
(WITH OR WITHOUT REBOOTING)
- changes the Domain, Workgroup
- as well as changes the local IP-adress
- optionally changes the last logged in user
as well as the last logged in Domain
- changes any Internet Explorer setting needed
For a developer that frequently has to connect
to other systems.
For a quick way of interchanging settings to complete
this task, so that any developer can share his settings

If you dont know what your doing....dont do it. You can do more harm than good so.....DONT DO IT. If you dont konw what a registry key is, i suggest you buy a new computer to change you IP address. That would be the simplest and smartest thing for you to do.
