Creating Native iOS Apps on Windows Using HTML5

This week Genuiter announced the release of its new MobiOne tools for Windows, a development toolkit that is based on the WebKit browser which enables developers to create App Store-ready iOS apps using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. MobiOne tools for Windows supports iPhone and iPad design and testing, and comes with emulators for both platforms.

MobiOne tools for Windows supports the development of native and Web apps using the same design files. The vice president of product development at Genuiter, Wayne Parrott, discussed the release, stating that “If a Windows users has enough skill to design a PowerPoint slide, they can design and build iPhone and iPad apps with ease. Web developers with HTML5 and CSS3 skills will see even greater productivity.”
