Microsoft's new Surface based tablet comes loaded with Windows 8 Pro and a solid-state drive promising much faster boot-up and over all read/write performance not to mention significantly improved battery life over the power hungry motor driven drives of earlier laptops leaving both Apple and Android tablets eating dust, but is it a tablet, or is it a laptop?
