Microsoft to advantage of massive crowd at this year’s Mobile World Conference held in Barcelona, Spain this year and announced some important information about their latest version of the Windows Phone OS with the first piece of information being the timing of the scheduled launch with the announcement stating that Windows Phone 8.1 is scheduled to be released this spring.
