A new Windows Phone 7 App adds achievements to Microsoft Visual Studio by adding a bolt-on achievement platform. Advanced functionality in this app will provide features that enable developers to write a class with both public and user retrictions.

This Visual Studio bolt-on achievement platform is still not yet released in beta, but expectations for the platform are very high.
