It looks like computers around the world will have to wait yet another year for the next version of the greatest selling OS on the planet. Apparently Steve Ballmer, Microsoft's Chief Executive Officer spoke a little to soon in his statement on Windows 8. Now the question is whether Ballmer miss spoke, or didn't know exactly what he was talking about when he made the statement while in Tokyo, Japan earlier this week.
