HTC India team up with TATA DOCOMO to announce the new HTC Mozart handset with Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 mobile operating system. The new Mozart is the first HTC handset to sport the new 8 megapixel camera with Xenon Flash and also includes the Dolby Mobile certification.
