visual c++ to visual c.net

i'm need help from all of you that can help me...
actually i'm now in process to develop the traffic monitoring system
so i'm find many coding in c++,
i'm choose visual .net to develop my application because easy to make the interface...
so i want to know eitheir i can use the coding that use in visual c++ to put it on the visual c.net...
if anyone of you have the sample...
i'm very please if you can share with me...
